The ELDT course may be taken on various websites. Our suggestion is to visit the A1eldt webpage and register to complete the course.
The ELDT regulations are a set of minimum Federal guidelines for entry-level drivers. This includes rules about when and how often you can take certain skills or knowledge tests, depending on your permit type; it also exempts some people from having to complete these training requirements at all!
The ELDT regulations do not apply to individuals excepted from the CDL requirements under 49 CFR part 383.
